Gandhi is one of the best inspirational movies in the world. It has everything to be a great human being. Here we are sharing some dialogues from the movie which have great learning’s for every human being.

We can win the world by love not by war. Hate spreads more hate whereas loves multiples love.

An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind.

Humanity is above everything. If you commit something wrong there’s always a way to recover from that.

I’m going to Hell! I killed a child! I smashed his head against a wall. Why? Because they killed my son! The Muslims killed my son! I know a way out of Hell. Find a child, a child whose mother and father have been killed and raise him as your own. Only be sure that he is a Muslim and that you raise him as one.

One needs to stay strong. One should stay with the truth. Be ready for sacrifice.

They may torture my body, break my bones, even kill me, then they will have my dead body. NOT MY OBEDIENCE!

We are all human and we all have one religion and that is ‘humanity’.

I am a Muslim and a Hindu and a Christian and a Jew and so are all of you.

Truth may not win in short run but in longer run only truth will win.

Whenever I despair, I remember that the way of truth and love has always won. There may be tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they may seem invincible, but in the end, they always fail. Think of it: always.

Killing innocents will never provide any solution.

General Dyer, is it correct that you ordered your troops to fire at the thickest part of the crowd?

We need to have right purpose and right attitude. Bad things will lead you nowhere.

Bapuji, the whole country is moving. Yes. but in what direction?

Society can be better only if the people are good.

I want to change their minds. Not kill them for weaknesses we all possess.

Providing employment is an indirect method to reduce crime.

Poverty is the worst form of violence.
